You've seen those cute little animated figures that pop-up on the screen in Microsoft Office, right? Having an Office Assistant might just be the thing to make your day just a

little bit brighter and put a smile on your face. Take Peedy for instance isn't he just the cutest? You should see him when he puts on his dark sunglasses or takes a break to eat a cracker. Too cute! Office Assistant is very easy to set up.
Start using Office Assistant
- Click on Help from the top toolbar
- Click on Show the Office Assistant
- Click on Hide the Office Assistant to remove it

To animate your figure, choose a different Office Assistant or for more options just right click on the Office Assistant for a submenu and then customize from there. Make sure the box is checked

I found Peedy on Microsoft's website:
http://www.microsoft.com/msagent/default.asp. He is not standard in Microsoft Office Professional and I didn't have enough choices so I went on the web in search for the perfect computerized friend. You can also do your own search. There are several websites that have unique Office Assistants/Microsoft Agents that are graphic artist originals.

Your Office Assistant can also be formatted for the web or even Power Point. There are several options for this and they are called Microsoft Agents, which you can read about on Microsoft's website at the link above.
NOTE: For windows 97 users see the screen capture below to locate your Office Assistant. Just click on the ? and your little friend will appear! This Office Assistant has a right click menu as well to format and have more options.
